Beginner’s classes:
Basic footwork, blocks, strikes and kicks
Centre line theory
Correct posture and breathing
Padwork/Bagwork
Self defense: domestic/street orientated
First open hand form: Sil Lim Tao
Stance training
The law
Chi Kung
Grading approx every 6 weeks.

Beginners classes consist of footwork, blocks, strikes and self defense techniques. We also incorporate posture and stance training with cardiovascular exercises thrown in for good measure. You will learn about the law and how to deal with high tension situations.
