The Bil Jee, or ‘Thrusting Fingers’ works on power through movement more so than any of the other forms. The most offensive of all hand forms. Works wrist rotation and elbow movements extensively. Very refined angles and lines are used.
The Bart Jarm Dao has a very powerful form behind it. Training with the knives allows the practitioner to develop power all the way to the end of the blade having power, speed, precision and stillness. Strengthening the wrists, fore-arms, tendons and all connecting tissues.
