Welcome to the SAS Martial Arts Academy

We teach classes in Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu and Tai Chi & Chi Kung (Qi Gong).

Wing Chun is a unique and effective martial art that focuses on attacking and defending simultaneously. It places an emphasis on speed and relaxation to allow the student to throw multiple attacks and execute techniques with minimal effort and strain.

We initially concentrate on self defence and move onto more advanced concepts and techniques. The training environment is friendly, welcoming and professional.
